Utility & subscription bill payments
Beyond rent, tenants and owners can pay electricity, cable (DSTV/GOtv) and internet bills directly in-app. Meter and account numbers are validated before payment, and a single 'monthly obligations' view combines rent with every outstanding utility bill so nothing gets missed.
Payouts
Owners set their bank account once and rent flows there automatically net of Hubit's platform fee. Vendors, business sellers and delivery partners each set their own payout account and are paid directly the moment their work or order is verified — nobody has to be paid manually by the owner.

Is there a transaction fee? Paystack's standard processing fee applies to card/transfer payments; Hubit's platform fee is separate and varies by plan and category.
Can a tenant pay early or in part? Early payment is supported; partial payment support depends on the plan and can be enabled by the owner.
