Becoming a seller
Any business can register for a Hubit business account, complete KYC (business registration, ID) and set up a storefront — business name, category, logo, cover photo, address and contact details. A storefront can be pending review before it's publicly listed.
Listings: products and services
A business chooses whether it sells products, services, or both. Product listings carry price, stock and photos; service listings carry pricing type (fixed, hourly, or quote-based) and duration.
- Product catalog with stock tracking
- Bookable services with fixed, hourly or quote-based pricing
- Category-based discovery for owners and tenants browsing the marketplace
Orders and bookings
Product orders move from pending → confirmed → preparing → out for delivery → delivered, with a delivery partner assigned at the preparing stage. Service bookings move from requested → quoted → paid → completed — the business sets a price for quote-based services before the buyer pays.
FAQs
Who can buy from the marketplace? Owners and tenants — the marketplace's checkout is scoped to a property workspace, so a purchase is always tied to a specific building's tenant or owner.
Does a business need its own delivery fleet? No — a business assigns any available delivery partner in its area at order time; it doesn't need its own logistics.
